CBL outlines tenants, expansion for St. Louis-area malls - Atlanta Business Chronicle:

A new 90,000-square-foot lifestyle center addition will be added at WestCountyh Mall, at Interstate 270 and Manchester Road, on the site of the forme r department store, which is bein g demolished. Construction will begin soon on the newlifestylde center, which will be anchored by a book according to CBL President Stephen Lebovitz. He spoke at the Internationap Council ofShopping Centers' Heartland States conference, held Wednesday in St. Four sit-down restaurants, including a BRAVO! Cucina will be part of the new addition. Lebovit said the company is looking at enhancements at the three othed malls inthe portfolio.
CBL West Countyu Mall, Mid Rivers Mall, Soutbh County Center and Chesterfield Mall from Westfield in Octoberfor $1.023 billion. CBL also owns St. Claifr Square Mall in Fairview Ill.
